Shipping method
To ensure that you receive the item in the best condition and as soon as possible, agatesandjaspers cooperates with DHL courier, and each package has its own tracking number. Parcels up to 1 kg are shipped in a high-quality envelope lined with bubble wrap. Over 1kg we use safety carton boxes.
Handlind deadlines
Normally, your package will be shipped out within 2 business days after your payment is cleared. If you purchase an item while we are at an international mineral show, we will contact you to establish the new deadlines.
Returns
For copyright reasons, books cannot be returned.
An exception is the case in which the books have arrived clearly damaged. In which case Agatesandjaspers will send you a new copy. To do this, contact marcocamposvenuti@hotmail.com as soon as possible to explain what happened and attach a photo of the damaged book. Important, take the photo before opening the package. Books will not be refunded after opening the package.
